Welcome!
My name is Lori Riddle and I am the 6th-8th grade Design Teacher at YSCP. I will also be teaching one 6th grade Language Arts class and one 7th grade Science class. I received a BS in Horticulture from North Carolina State University in December of 1995, a BA in Middle Years Science Education from Western Governors University in March of 2018, and I graduated from Western Governors University in June 2021, with an MA in English Language Learning.
I am the mother of 2 fantastic kids. My son is 19 and graduated from Grace Prep in 2023. He is a fantastic musician and his music has taken us to Maryland, Virginia, Ohio, and many parts of PA, as well as Nashville. He is a sophomore at Berklee College of Music. My daughter is 16, a junior at Grace Prep, and is interested in all things sports. She is a basketball and soccer player, and also runs track.She is very much a child of nature and is a tremendous help on our farm.
